A sidenote: The beginning phrasing caught my attention because, according to Tom Cruise, he purchased the ultrasound machine as a result of their privacy becoming so difficult as they went out to Dr. appointments.  So instead of going out to the appointments, they purchased the machine and the doctor came to their home for check-ups.  He has very clearly stated that the ultrasound machine was not for &quot;entertainment purposes&quot;, but only for their regular doctor appointments.  I&#039;m not really a Cruise fan, but I have learned from experience that it&#039;s always good to check the source.</description>
