  My Brio Birth classes are eleven consecutive weeks with the last class scheduled as an in-home labor rehearsal with you and your partner privately (twelve weeks total). Each week we will learn about and practice relaxation, discuss a different topic related to pregnancy and/or childbirth and watch a video. Classes are informative, interactive, and fun.

Topics covered in the course include: natural pain management through relaxation and other comfort techniques, working with your partner, pregnancy exercises and nutrition, stages of labor and birth, positive communication with your birth team, writing your birth plan, complications and interventions, breastfeeding, postpartum care, and newborn care.
