  1. Sabrina says:

For greens ~ nettle infusion is great for greens , super high in chlorophyll, protein and minerals ❤️
Can be added to the smoothies you suggested ! Thanks Maryn ((( ❤️)))

  2. Maryn Green says:

    yes and the 10th hack….
certainly you heard the plug for infusions!!:)

  3. Sabrina says:

I should have waited right until the end!
I’m planning on making my nettle infuisions and see how I feel during pregnancy ❤️

  4. Maryn Green says:

Hah yeah that was just for you:)
(Kidding, I love infusions and think they are amazing support during pregnancy!)
    Hugs to you!

  5. Kristen says:

Thank you, Maryn! This is excellent! I’m trying to eat well now with Baby #2, as I gave birth at 35 wks with our first baby. I’ve been told nutrition and lots of protein can help ward off preterm labor & birth. Thank you for emphasizing how important good nutrition truly is. XOXO

  6. Maryn Green says:

Glad it was helpful, Kristen! I am feeling very passionate about nutrition (sort of a general theme for me, but more at the moment) so if you have any ideas for podcasts let me know!

  7. Kristen says:

Thanks, Maryn! I’m really interested in knowing more about how nutrition can prevent some pregnancy & birth issues. For me personally, preterm birth/premature rupture of membranes is what I’m trying to research, because I’m praying to go full-term. Thank you! 🙂
